Anti-Seize grease makes an excellent lubricant for pipe threads. It is regarded as a premium quality thread compound containing copper flake, graphite, rust and corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, and a proprietary extreme pressure additive to impart outstanding anti-seize and anti-wear properties. It is formulated to prevent excessive circumferential makeup. It assures full hydraulic joint efficiency by allowing joint shoulders to mate completely without standoff or deformation. The Anti-Seize grease is formulated w ith an ISO 460 base oil to provide heavy load carrying capability. Then the grease is fortified with 17%+ copper flakes and graphite solids to provide protection in the harshest environments. The high solid content provides dry film lubrication and ant seize properties up to 1800F.
